We are a DVSA-approved test station, so your car is tested in the same building it gets repaired in. You do not have to book two appointments or leave it anywhere overnight.
The test takes about 45 minutes. You are welcome to watch from the viewing area — most people do, and it is the easiest way to understand why something failed.
If it fails, we will tell you what it needs and what that costs before we touch anything. You are free to take the car elsewhere for the repair; the retest is still free if it comes back within ten working days.
Before you book

The reg check tells you when the MOT runs out and what the last tester flagged. It often changes what you actually need booking in for.
